Our automatic partition assembler is dedicated corrugated cardboard processing machinery designed to fabricate carton inner grid partitions for packaging fragile items. It fully substitutes slow manual assembly by automatic vertical and horizontal paper feeding, accurately engaging pre-scored cardboard panels into neat cross separations in continuous operation.

Adopting PLC touch screen control and servo motor drive together with reliable pneumatic components, the machine allows flexible adjustment of partition size, gap and cardboard thickness to suit bottles, ceramics, fruits, electronic parts and glass products.
