Unwinding and gluing: After unwinding the raw paper from the paper holder, it passes through the paper guide device and gluing mechanism, and is evenly coated with glue on the edge of the paper strip by the glue roller or spraying device. ‌

Edge wrapping and forming: The glued paper strip enters the edge wrapping mechanism (such as a “V” – shaped pressure roller or a U-shaped pressure roller), and is wrapped and pressed into the desired right angle or U-shaped cross-section by mechanical pressure. ‌

Rolling and shaping: The paper corners are further compacted under the strong rolling of the pressure wheel group to ensure shape stability and firm adhesion. ‌

Cutting off finished products: Finally, the synchronous hydraulic cutting table performs punching and cutting according to the preset length, completing the cutting of the paper corner protector and forming a standard finished product. ‌

This device is typically adjustable to produce different cross-sections (such as right angles or U-shapes) and supports multi-layer paper processing (up to 13 layers).
