The operation technology of automatic paper tube equipment involves equipment control, process parameter adjustment, and safety regulations.

1、 Fundamentals of Equipment Operation

Control system

Adopting CNC computer numerical control system and Delta PLC control, supporting HMI touch screen interface operation, and can preset cutting length, speed and other parameters.

The fully automatic model is equipped with servo motor drive, with a positioning accuracy of ± 0.1mm, and supports multiple sets of formula storage and quick switching.

Core functional modules

Tube winding mechanism: By rotating the core shaft and spiral winding the paper strip, it supports the production of paper tubes with a diameter of 76-200mm, and the core shaft can be replaced to adapt to irregular tubes.

Cutting system: synchronous cutting with a circular knife or laser cutting, with a smooth and burr free cut. Some models support automatic transmission and tool return reset.

2、 Optimization of process parameters

Tension and speed control

The fluctuation of winding tension should be ≤ ± 5%, and the winding speed should be adjusted according to the thickness of the paper (50-150m/min) to avoid interlayer misalignment.

The cutting speed can be increased to 120 pieces per minute, and the scrap rate can be reduced to below 0.5%.
Adhesive bonding and drying

The gluing amount shall be stable at 10-15g/m ². PVAc lotion or starch based adhesive shall be used to ensure the interlayer bonding strength ≥ 300J/m ².

Drying temperature gradient design (60 ℃ → 80 ℃ → 100 ℃) to prevent uneven paper shrinkage caused by rapid drying.

3、 Safety and Maintenance Standards

Safe operation

Before operation of the Automatic spiral paper core tube making machine, check the power supply, tool fixation, and workbench flatness, and wear protective goggles, gloves, and other equipment.

It is prohibited to manually adjust the equipment during operation. If there is an abnormality, immediately stop the machine and sound an alarm.

Regularly lubricate the screw and guide post (once every quarter) using lithium based grease.
Check the sharpness of the cutting tool, blunt blades can cause paper tearing and reduce edge strength.
