Equipment installation environment

Venue requirements: The paper corner protector machine equipment should be installed on a flat, dry, well ventilated indoor site, and the ground should have sufficient load-bearing capacity to ensure the stability of the equipment during operation.

Environmental temperature and humidity: The temperature of the installation environment should be maintained between 5 ℃ -40 ℃, and the relative humidity should be between 30% -85% to avoid equipment malfunctions or performance degradation due to high or low temperature or high humidity.

Equipment installation and debugging

Equipment positioning: Place the paper edge protector machine accurately on the foundation according to the installation drawings, and adjust the shim to achieve the specified levelness and verticality of the equipment. The levelness error should not exceed ± 0.5mm/m, and the verticality error should not exceed ± 0.5mm/m.

Equipment fixation: After the equipment is in place, it should be fixed in a timely manner. The equipment should be firmly connected to the foundation using anchor bolts, nuts, washers, and other connectors. When tightening the nuts, a symmetrical and uniform method should be used to ensure that the equipment is evenly stressed.

Equipment debugging: After the automatic angle corner edge protector machine is fixed, it needs to be debugged to check whether the various components of the equipment are installed correctly, whether they operate flexibly, whether there are any abnormal sounds and vibrations, etc. At the same time, various performance indicators of the equipment are tested and adjusted, such as production speed, corner guard size, adhesive strength, etc., to ensure that the equipment meets the specified technical requirements and production capacity.
