Basic production process

Feeding: Different materials of cardboard are placed separately on the feeding device of the hard paperboard production line, usually using an automatic feeding system to ensure a stable supply of materials.

Glue coating: Apply glue evenly on the surface of the cardboard through a glue coating device. The type and amount of glue can be adjusted according to different composite requirements.

Composite: Composite the glued cardboard and use pressure rollers or other devices to tightly adhere two or more layers of cardboard together.

Drying: Heating, ventilation, and other methods are used to dry the composite cardboard to solidify the adhesive and ensure the strength of the composite.

Roll up: Roll up the dried composite cardboard for subsequent storage and transportation.
