Three (five) layer corrugated board production line
The hard corrugated board production line is composed of suction corrugated machine, hydraulic base paper rack, automatic paper receiving machine, gluing machine, dryer, straight knife paper cutter, single (double) layer preheating cylinder and corner plate receiving platform, with a mechanical speed of 120m / min. It is characterized by a high degree of automation. The automatic paper receiving machine realizes non-stop paper roll change, simple and convenient operation, high efficiency and high paperboard quality. In particular, the patented product “Wan knife paper cutter” of our company adopts German motion control technology to improve the cutting accuracy of paperboard, realize the over cutting of paperboard and save paper materials.

Model: CX Series 2000 three-layer corrugated board production line:
1. Maximum production width of corrugated board: 2000mm
2. Design speed: 150m / min
3. Economic speed: 100-120m / min (third floor)
Note: the paper for production line speed test shall meet the following requirements: (the surface temperature of the equipment shall not be less than 172)
The grade of base paper shall not be lower than grade B. the water content of base paper is about 11 ± 2
Face paper: 100250g / m2 core paper: 100 — 250G / m2
Tile paper: 100200g / m2
4. Corrugated type combination: A, C, B, e (or selected by the customer)
5. Requirements for steam:
Maximum pressure: 1.2MPa
Common pressure: 0.8-1.1mpa
6. Power supply: 380V 50Hz three-phase four wire system
