1、 Preparation before operation

2、 Running operation of the paper corner protector machine

Glue application control: Adopting a transfer type automatic glue application, the scraper adjusts the glue amount, and the pressure of the pressure roller needs to be uniform to avoid glue penetration or foaming.

Edge wrapping and forming: The facial paper is automatically wrapped (semi wrapped/fully wrapped), and the roller is synchronously rolled to ensure firm forming. The speed of the main machine is adjusted by frequency conversion according to the production situation.

Cutting quality inspection: High hardness steel knife synchronously cuts, and the incision needs to be smooth and free of burrs; Check for dimensional deviation (length ± 1-2mm, thickness ± 0.3mm).

3、 Safety and Maintenance of the paper corner protector production line

Protective measures: Keep away from moving parts during operation, wear goggles and gloves, and prohibit wearing loose clothing.

Troubleshooting: Hang a warning sign for maintenance after shutdown, and prohibit operation without a paper rope or paper breakage in the middle of the cold cylinder.

Cleaning and maintenance: Clean debris daily, inspect lifting ropes and sensors to prevent fire hazards.
