Our automatic partition assembler is dedicated corrugated cardboard processing machinery designed to fabricate carton inner grid partitions for packaging fragile items. It fully substitutes slow manual assembly by automatic vertical and horizontal paper feeding, accurately engaging pre-scored cardboard panels into neat cross separations in continuous operation.

Adopting PLC touch screen control and servo motor drive together with reliable pneumatic components, the machine allows flexible adjustment of partition size, gap and cardboard thickness to suit bottles, ceramics, fruits, electronic parts and glass products. It greatly lowers labor expenditure and lifts production efficiency far above manual operation, while consistent finished size effectively avoids goods collision and damage during transportation. With robust machine frame, convenient parameter adjustment and low malfunction rate, the equipment holds CE certification, suitable for large-scale carton manufacturing plants and integrated corrugated production workflows.
