The operation of the automatic air bubble film machine must follow standardized procedures to ensure production safety and film quality. The following is a complete operation guide that combines device startup, parameter setting, operation monitoring, and shutdown maintenance:
1、 Preparation before startup
Check raw materials: Confirm that plastic particles such as PE and LDPE are clean and free of impurities. If necessary, mix recycled materials (recommended ratio of 10% -20%, higher for high-end equipment).
Equipment inspection:
Check whether the extrusion system, mold, cooling roller, traction and winding device are normal;
Ensure that the electrical system is fault free and the heating elements are intact;
Check if the pressure in the pneumatic system is within a reasonable range (not too high, but with backup pressure).
Loading shaft: Add the raw materials into the hopper, insert the bubble film roll into the discharge shaft, guide the film through the guide roller and dock with the filling port or enter the forming area.
2、 Startup and parameter settings
Power on preheating:
Connect the power and turn on the main switch;
Preheat for 1-2 minutes until the temperature control system reaches the set value (such as 160-180 ℃ for the neck and 200-220 ℃ for the head).
Temperature regulation:
Set the temperature of each zone according to the material type to avoid overheating degradation or insufficient plasticization;
Multi layer co extrusion machines require separate temperature control for each layer.
Set operating parameters:
Adjust the screw speed and traction speed to control the film thickness;
Set the winding length and slitting width;
If it is an inflatable bag making machine, set the wind speed, inflation saturation, heat sealing temperature, etc.
