To ensure the stable operation of equipment in the automatic hardboard production line , comprehensive measures need to be taken from three aspects: equipment maintenance, process control, and safety management. The following are key measures:

1、 Key points of equipment maintenance

Core component inspection

Check the lubrication status of the transmission shafts of hydraulic supports, glue coating machines, and calenders daily. If the oil quality turns black, replace the butter immediately.

If the wear of the synchronous belt exceeds 3mm, it needs to be stopped and replaced to avoid production interruption caused by breakage.

Check the conformity of the vacuum roller sealing strip every shift, and replace it if the wear exceeds the limit to ensure stable vacuum degree.

Heating system monitoring of the grey board production line

The steam pressure needs to be stable at 0.6-1.0 MPa, and the temperature fluctuation of the dryer should be controlled within ± 2 ℃.

Real time monitoring of sprinkler water flow is required, as blockage can lead to uneven moisture content in the cardboard.

2、 Optimization of process parameters

Coating accuracy: The thickness error of the adhesive layer is ≤ 0.05mm, and a 0.1mm base paper is used to test the consistency of the gap.

Polishing pressure: The pressure of the six layer board should be ≥ 15MPa to avoid poor interlayer adhesion
Speed matching: The speed difference between each section of the composite line is less than 5% to prevent tension imbalance from causing paper breakage.

3、 Safety and Emergency Management

Check the air pressure (0.25-0.35MPa) of the wool fabric adjuster in each shift, and stop the machine immediately if the deviation exceeds the limit.

Install pressure sensors to monitor chamber pressure, automatically alarm and adjust compressor frequency in case of abnormalities.

Wear insulated gloves when operating high-temperature equipment, and complete leak testing of steam valves within 30 minutes.

The above measures can significantly reduce the failure rate, and the automatic grey hard cardboard production line utilization rate of a certain enterprise has increased by 22% after implementation.
