Preparation: Adjust the front, back, left, and right baffles according to the size of the cardboard box, and adjust the nail head position (nail spacing).

Folding: The operator picks up a piece of die cut cardboard, manually folds it along the indentation line, and aligns the upper and lower tongues.

Feeding: Place the folded box blank (with the box opening facing downwards) into the feeding platform and press it against the baffle.

Nailing: Press the foot switch, and the nail head will automatically nail in the nails (usually 1-3) at the overlap of the box blank.

Completion and stacking: After nailing is completed, take out the cardboard box and stack it on the pallet or conveyor belt.
