Installation and Startup

Turn on the power switch and wait for the voltmeter to display normally before placing it into the cardboard box and feeding trough.

The device automatically completes gluing, folding, pressing, and output, and inputs data (such as size, nail spacing, etc.) through the touch screen.

After counting and stacking, it will be automatically sent out, and the emergency stop switch is used for emergency situations.

To avoid probe failure caused by adhesive contamination, the parameters of the frequency converter need to be adjusted by professional personnel.

Fully automatic equipment needs to regularly check the safety interlock function (such as the pressure wheel stopping when the protective cover is opened).
