1. Preprocessing equipment
(1) Grille/filter device
Function: Remove large suspended particles, paper fibers and other impurities.

Equipment: Automatic grid machine, bag filter, precision filter (accuracy up to 1-50 microns).

(2) Regulating tank (homogenization tank)
Function: Balance water quality and quantity to avoid impacting the subsequent treatment system.

2. Core processing equipment
(1) Concrete air flotation machine (DAF)
Principle: Ink particles are flocculated by adding coagulants (such as PAC, PAM), and then the flocs are floated to the water surface for separation through dissolved air flotation.

Applicable: water-based ink, offset printing ink, etc., can remove 60%~90% of COD and chromaticity.

Key equipment: Dissolving air pump, air flotation tank, scraper.

(2) Chemical oxidation equipment
Principle: Use ozone, Fenton reagent (H ₂ O ₂+Fe ² ⁺) or advanced oxidation techniques (such as electrocatalytic oxidation) to degrade organic matter.

Applicable: High concentration ink wastewater that is difficult to degrade (such as UV ink residue).

Equipment: Ozone generator, reaction kettle, pH adjustment system.

(3) Membrane separation system
Ultrafiltration (UF)/nanofiltration (NF): intercepting large organic molecules and pigments.

Reverse osmosis (RO): deep desalination and removal of small molecule pollutants for reuse.

Attention: Pre treatment is required to prevent membrane fouling, and regular chemical cleaning is necessary.

(4) Biological processing system
MBR (Membrane Bioreactor): Combining biochemical degradation and membrane filtration, suitable for long-term continuous treatment.

Anaerobic reactor (UASB/IC): deals with high concentration organic wastewater, produces biogas for energy recovery.

3. Deep processing and reuse
(1) Activated carbon adsorption tower
Function: Remove residual color and trace organic matter.

Regeneration method: steam regeneration or replacement of carbon bed.

(2) Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection
Application: Sterilization treatment before wastewater reuse.
