Key points for debugging high-speed printing slotting die cutting machine
1、 Preparation before startup
Equipment inspection
Confirm that the tightness of the transmission chain and belt is appropriate, the screws are not loose, and the safety protection devices (such as emergency stop buttons) are complete and effective.
Check the ink system: Ensure that there are no blockages or leaks in the ink path, the concentration and level of the dampening solution are normal, and clean the surface residue of the printing drum and mesh roller.
Material and parameter settings
Adjust the paper stop gauge and feeding wheel pressure according to the thickness of the cardboard (such as 4.6mm), and input the length, width, and height parameters (such as 400 × 230 × 265mm).
Choose a matching printing plate and calibrate the axial and radial positions during installation to avoid printing offset.
2、 Ink system debugging
Ink selection and blending
Use the same manufacturer’s base color ink to avoid mixing different brands and causing uneven color tones.
Compare the standard printing sample according to the Pantone color chart, with the main color ink as the basis and the auxiliary color ink gradually added. After the small sample is debugged and qualified, it can be mixed in bulk.
Viscosity and flow control
Adjust the ink viscosity (45-60 degrees) according to the printing speed (such as 150 sheets/minute) to ensure leveling and covering power.
Before starting the automatic flexo printing die cutting slotting machine, control the actual printing viscosity to avoid viscosity decrease caused by backflow water.
3、 Printing process debugging
Trial printing and parameter optimization
After the air transfer test, check the color accuracy and size of the single trial print (such as 115mm for the box cover), and adjust the gap between the paper roller to within 0.1mm error.
Optimize ink volume by adjusting the angle of the scraper and the number of lines on the mesh roller to avoid blurring or drying delay.
Dynamic monitoring
Real time observation of ink suction to prevent damage to the rubber roller; Use correction rollers to reduce cardboard deviation.
Regularly inspect the clarity of the pattern, and adjust the position of the drum by adjusting the shaft end bolts in case of color deviation.
When stopping the 4 color printer die cutter slotter machine , first reduce the speed and then turn off the power, clean the residual ink on the drum and mesh roller, and lubricate the transmission gear.
Check the oil level of the gearbox every month and replace worn parts (such as the stencil rubber plate).
By standardizing and debugging, the printing qualification rate can be improved by 15% -20%, and the scrap rate can be controlled within ≤ 1%.
