Integrated sewage treatment equipment is an efficient sewage treatment system that integrates functions such as pretreatment, biological treatment, sedimentation, and disinfection. It is widely used in fields such as domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. To ensure stable operation of the equipment and achieve the desired processing effect, the following precautions should be taken during operation:

1、 Key points of operation during operation

Correct startup sequence: water inlet → grille → regulating tank → lifting pump → biological treatment (aeration/anaerobic) → sedimentation → disinfection → drainage.

Aeration system control: Adjust the aeration rate to ensure that dissolved oxygen (DO) is maintained at 2-4 mg/L, avoiding excessive aeration or insufficient oxygen supply.

Operation Monitoring

Flow control: Maintain uniform inflow and avoid hydraulic shock loads.

Sludge management: Observe the status of activated sludge (SV ∝₀ controlled at 20%~30%), regularly discharge sludge to prevent sludge expansion.

Water quality monitoring: Regularly monitor effluent COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and other indicators to ensure compliance with discharge standards.

Exception 

Too much foam: it may be necessary to adjust the aeration rate or add defoamer due to excessive load or sludge aging.

Turbidity of effluent: Check whether the sedimentation tank has sludge, adjust the sludge reflux ratio or add flocculant.

Equipment abnormal noise/overheating: Immediately stop the ink wastewater treatment clear equipment and check if there are any faults in the motor, fan, etc.

2、 Shutdown and maintenance

Normal shutdown steps: First, stop the water intake and continue aeration for 30 minutes to 1 hour to avoid sludge deposition. Turn off the aeration system → sedimentation tank → disinfection device → drainage pump → main power supply.

Routine maintenance

Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the grille and sedimentation tank sludge to prevent blockage.

Lubrication inspection: Regularly add lubricating oil to equipment such as fans and water pumps.

Membrane component maintenance (such as MBR process): Regular backwashing to prevent membrane fouling.

The stable operation of integrated chemical sewage treatment machine relies on standardized operation, regular maintenance, and real-time monitoring. Operators should be familiar with the process flow, master emergency response methods, and keep operation records. For special water quality (such as high salt and high ammonia nitrogen wastewater), process optimization or customized design should be carried out in advance.
