The fully automatic cardboard box gluing machine is mainly used to glue folding cardboard boxes, ensuring that the cardboard boxes maintain structural integrity and stability during packaging, transportation, and storage, thereby protecting and fixing internal items. This type of equipment plays a crucial role in modern packaging industry and is one of the indispensable key devices in packaging production lines.

Installation:

1. place the full-automatic folder gluer machine on a stable ground and confirm that the power cord and socket of the machine are securely connected

2. Adjust the adjustment screws of the box gluing machine so that the upper and lower cover plates can align with each other, and adjust the screws so that the upper and lower cover plates can open and close freely.

3. Connect the feeding pipe of the box gluing machine to the feeding slot of the box gluing machine, ensuring that the two ends of the pipe are firmly connected to the feeding slot, and connect the other end of the paper feeding pipe to the cardboard box machine.

4. Connect the discharge pipe of the corrugated box folder gluer machine to the discharge groove of the box gluing machine, ensuring that the two ends of the pipe are firmly connected to the discharge groove, and connect the other end of the discharge pipe to the cardboard box machine.

 Operation:

1. Turn on the power switch of the full automatic folding gluing machine and wait for the voltmeter to display normally.

2. Place the prepared empty box into the feeding slot of the box gluing machine, then place the edges of the empty box together, and place the bottom of the empty box into the feeding slot of the box gluing machine, waiting for the box cover of the box gluing machine to automatically pack.

3. After the automatic packing of the box cover by the box gluing machine is completed, place the empty boxes that have been packed into the discharge chute of the box gluing machine and wait for the automatic unloading of the box cover by the machine.

4. After the automatic unloading of the box cover of the box gluing machine is completed, the empty boxes that have been packed can be taken out, and the edges of the empty boxes can be placed together. The bottom of the empty boxes can be placed in the discharge chute of the box gluing machine, and wait for the box cover of the box gluing machine to automatically pack the boxes.
After the above steps, the operation of the fully automatic box gluing machine can be completed once.
