The fully automatic folder gluer machine is one of the core equipment in the post-processing of corrugated cardboard boxes. It is mainly used to quickly shape the corrugated cardboard box pieces (single or double pieces) after die-cutting and indentation into qualified cardboard boxes with bottom or edge sealing through automated processes such as gluing, folding, and pressure bonding. It is widely used in industries such as food, e-commerce, logistics, and electronics that require mass production of cardboard boxes. Core working principle of the high speed folding gluing machine

The fully automatic carton box folding gluing machine operates based on the logic of “precise positioning+uniform glue application+stable pressure”. The specific process is as follows:

Automatic feeding: The neatly stacked cardboard sheets are fed into the equipment one by one through a paper feeding mechanism (chain plate conveying or suction cup feeding), without the need for manual single sheet pushing.

Specification positioning: Based on the preset dimensions of the cardboard box (width, length), the equipment automatically aligns the cardboard box pieces through positioning components such as side panels and material blocking rods, ensuring accurate gluing and folding positions (error usually ≤ 1mm).

Intelligent gluing: The gluing mechanism (mostly roller or spray glue) evenly applies box glue (commonly corn starch glue, PVA water-soluble glue) according to the set trajectory (at the indentation line of the carton bonding edge), and the gluing width and thickness can be adjusted as needed to avoid overflow or insufficient adhesion.

Automatic folding box: The glued cardboard box pieces enter the folding mechanism and are automatically folded into a “U” or “box” shape along the indentation line by components such as folding wheels and guide plates, so that the glued edges are in contact with the corresponding box cover.

Pressure bonding: The folded cardboard box enters the pressure conveying section (usually a pressure roller group or belt pressure mechanism), which ensures that the bonding edge is fully adhered through continuous and stable pressure, accelerates the curing of the glue, and avoids delamination.

Finished product output: The bonded qualified cardboard boxes are sent out by the conveying mechanism and can be directly stacked or connected to subsequent packaging and bundling equipment to form an assembly line operation.
