Multi layer composite: supports 3-7 layers of grey cardboard composite (such as five layer and six layer production lines), and achieves high-strength hard cardboard production through adhesive bonding.

High speed molding:

The speed of the 1600-1800 mm wide production line can reach 200-300 meters per minute, meeting the needs of industrial grade mass production.

Equipped with hydraulic paper holder and automatic cross cutting system, it can accurately cut specified sizes.
Automated control:

Integrate PLC system to achieve automatic adjustment of parameters such as glue application amount, tension, temperature, etc.

Optional auxiliary automatic paperboard production line such as Feida glue machine and waste cleaning and stacking integrated machine.
