Basic operation process of automatic paper tube equipment

1. Adjustment of paper tube machine angle

Confirm that the circuit of the paper tube machine is normal, turn on the power to start the equipment, set the low-speed switch, and when the paper core making machine is running at low speed, feed and install the cut raw paper, and then adjust the angle.

2. Tension adjustment

Install the base paper strips in order, and the outer paper will enter above the mold, and the slitting base paper of the middle layers will enter in order. The glue holder of the paper guide frame has an adjustable tight ring, and adjust the tension of the paper strips after fixing the position of the roll paper.

3. Apply glue evenly

The steps of scraping, gluing, and pressing glue are set up, and the paper strip is carefully adjusted with glue to ensure that the glue on the paper strip is even and moderate. Excessive glue can affect the smoothness of the paper strip and make it susceptible to damage. If the glue on the paper strip is insufficient, it can cause delamination in the paper tube and reduce its strength.
