The working principle of the grey hardboard production line is mainly based on continuous production technology, which processes the raw paper into multi-layer composite structure cardboard through multiple processes. The following are the core processes and technical points:

1. Wet end equipment process section

Corrugated forming: After preheating and wetting treatment, the raw paper is pressed into a wavy corrugated structure by corrugated rollers, forming single-sided corrugated cardboard.

Adhesive process: Single sided cardboard is coated with adhesive on the ridges using a glue machine, and then bonded to the surface or inner paper to form a multi-layer structure (such as three-layer or seven layer corrugated cardboard).

Tension control: The raw paper holder and the skybridge suction baffle ensure stable paper tension, avoiding production interruptions or cardboard bending.

2. Cadre equipment process section

Drying and shaping: The bonded cardboard is dried in the hot plate section to gelatinize and solidify the adhesive.
Cutting and Stacking: The longitudinal and transverse cutting machines cut the cardboard into set sizes, and the stacking machine automatically sorts it into stacks.

3. Key equipment functions of the grey board production line

Single sided machine and double-sided machine: respectively complete corrugated forming and multi-layer bonding.

Pasting system: Control the amount of adhesive coating and gelatinization temperature to avoid the phenomenon of washboard.

Production management system: Monitor equipment operating parameters (such as tension, temperature) and optimize production efficiency.

4. Technical features

Continuous production: The entire process from raw paper unwinding to finished product stacking is automated, supporting high-speed operation (such as seven layer cardboard production).

Multi layer composite: synchronous bonding of surface paper, core paper, and inner paper is achieved through circular or long mesh forming machines.

Different hardboard making machines may use multi round mesh cardboard machines or long mesh stack forming machines, and the specific process is adjusted according to the type of cardboard (such as gray cardboard, corrugated cardboard).
