Forming machine structure

The paper corner forming machine usually consists of paper guide, glue coating, forming, cutting and stacking devices, supporting the composite pressing of multi-layer (up to 13 layers) kraft paper and yarn tube paper.

The new paper angle edge corner making machine adopts a variable frequency motor to drive the pressure wheel, and adjusts the speed and pressure through a numerical control system to achieve efficient production of L-shaped, U-shaped and other irregular corner protectors.

Material Processing Technology

Using environmentally friendly water-based gel bonding, the thickness of the adhesive layer is controlled through transfer coating technology to ensure uniform and recyclable bonding.

The synthesis technology of wide and narrow paper tape (such as patent CN 119369790 A) supports the production of large-sized corner protectors, and synchronously pulls and controls the damping through the folding roller group to avoid deformation interference.

Application of Numerical Control System

The CNC multifunctional corner protector supports arbitrary cutting of edge width (25-100mm), thickness (2-8mm), and length, and can punch special shapes or print logos.

Touchscreen input parameters, synchronized cutting of high hardness steel blades, with an accuracy of ± 1mm for length deviation and ± 0.3mm for thickness deviation.

Quality Inspection Standards

The finished product must meet the requirements of no wrinkles or glue penetration on the surface, no burrs on the cutting edge, and pass the compression test (such as bearing 1500 kilograms).
