The adjustment of paper corner protector machine equipment needs to be based on specific models and functional requirements. The following are comprehensive adjustment methods:

1、 Mechanical adjustment

Corner protector size adjustment: Release the handle or rotate the control knob to adjust the corner protector size by moving left and right. Some models require screw fixation.

Mold and tool installation: 0.1-0.3mm is recommended for the gap between the cutting blade (according to the material thickness), and the pressing mold needs to select an appropriate angle (such as 90 ° or 135 °) and apply anti loosing glue for fixation.

Transmission system debugging: Check the tension of the chain/belt (sagging ≤ 5mm), and ensure that the synchronous wheel is aligned without deviation.

2、 Electrical and parameter settings

Cutting length: Input the value (such as 50mm) through the PLC panel, and the actual error should be ≤± 0.5mm.
Adhesive temperature: EVA hot melt adhesive usually ranges from 120-160 ℃, while PVC adhesive requires 80-120 ℃.

Pressing pressure: low pressure (10-20kg/cm ²) for cardboard/foam and high pressure (30-50kg/cm ²) for metal/hard PVC.

3、 Material adaptation and debugging

Feeding system: Adjust the gap between the feeding rollers (0.1mm less than the thickness of the corner guard) to ensure continuous feeding for 10 meters without deviation.

Uniformity of glue application: The glue application width should cover more than 80% of the back of the paper corner protector machine without any broken or overflowing glue.

Verification of compression effect: The peel strength should be greater than or equal to the strength of the material itself (such as when the corner protector of a cardboard box is torn open, the paper should break).

4、 Trial operation and fine-tuning

Run without load: Start up and run without load for 3-5 minutes, check for abnormal noise or overheating.
Trial production with material: Run at low speed (50% rated speed), gradually increase the speed and observe misalignment or burrs.

For special models (such as paper edge protector equipment that can independently adjust the speed of the upper and lower corner guards), specific instructions should be followed for operation.
